What Are Layer Banners?
Layer banners are new and improved ads developed to stay on the sides of the browser and as visitors scroll through a site. They follow the browser as it is scrolled up and down, which is great for attracting attention to your ads, but discrete enough that it will not be disturbing to visitors that are not interested in the ads.
